Shelf (fo') Life
I recently had the chance to do some illustration work for the talented Yuri Lowenthal and Tara Platt, for their extremely hilarious web series Shelf Life ! For those few (not fanboys or fangirls) who don't know who Yuri, Tara and their show "Shelf Life" are… Well you're in for a treat… and when I say "treat", I mean a swift kick to the genitals with the wide foot of AWESOME!
Yuri Lowenthal is known for being the voice of "Ben Tennyson"(Ben 10) and Tara has played many rolls on TV and Film. She been on shows like Revenge and Hawaii Five-O.
Shelf Life is a "live action comedy show they created about four action figures on a young boys shelf…" okay I just regurgitated that quote from their web site. But the show is down right #lolololololololol-ooohhhh! Season 4 is my favorite! If you guys get the chance click this link(Shelf Life Series) and watch all the seasons!

Marcross Con 2013
As a kid Robotech was the first soap opera I ever watched on T.V. I use to set my VHS to recorded it cuz I didn't home from school in time to watch the show... yeah... I go that far back... WHUT!
Anywayz, I was totally crushing on a 30 foot tall, 6.25 metric ton Zentradi/Meltrandi female named Miriya! Yow-zaah! That's a whole lot of lady to love!
So here is my piece that I have in an art show celebrating Robotech and Macross called "Deculture: A Tribute to Macross" being held at MacrossWorld Convention 2013 in Torrance, CA this weekend. If you're around the area and are a fan of Robotech/Macross, come check it out!

Adidaft Punk
Robot DJ's rock! I've been a fan of Daft Punk since I first saw them on a GAP commercial. But then I saw the ADIDAS / STARWARS spot and it had everything a fanboy/sneaker head like me wanted to see!
I based the piece of that commercial. Prints will be available soon at the webstore (KWESTONE Store). Keep checking the next few days.

Small Justice Invasion
Okay. Again, it's been awhile since I posted on my blog. I was crazy busy with AX 2013... which went really well again this year and of course I'll be there next year.
So now that I have 10 hours before I head out to SDCC 2013, I thought that I'd post some chibi art again... This time Young Justice Invasion Crew. Now I did do all the heroes as there were a lot of them, so I just did some of my favorite pairings from that season. From past romance to bro-mance to new romance! Anywayz, enjoy!... if you like.

Gotham Gals
Continuing my chibi series for DC comic characters. I've been wanting to draw these gals for a while. I've sketched Poison Ivy and Catwoman before but this is my first Harley Quinn. I hope to do more of them in the future.

Chibi GLTAS
Sometime I like to draw cutesy things... specially when it concerns Green Lantern and friends. Green Lantern the animated series was such a great show. Let's hope that WB and Cartoon Network renews it in the future!

Way to Go Brainiac!
Practicing my turns with one of my favorite badies from Superman's rouges gallery... Brainiac. This took about a hour to do, from sketch to color.... I think I could do better though.

Good Wife, a Good Show
I've avoided watching The Good Wife on my Amazon Prime account... And I don't know why?! So I finally started watching and now I'm hooked. I just finished 3 seasons in 3 days! One of my fave characters on the show is Kalinda Sharma, played by Archie Panjabi. She's hot and kicks so much A$$! If you guys haven't checked out the show, I highly recommend it... well if you're into lawyer shows.
I decided to do a little fan art to show my love.

Baroness at Bait
I got invited to do a piece for a G.I. Joe Tribute Show this coming weekend. It'll take place in the city of Diamond Bar, CA at BAIT. If you're in the area, come by and check it out. There will be a lot of great art and the release of The Loyal Subjects' G.I. Joe figures.
I heart Baroness... She's got that whole nerdy/warmonger look that makes the honey glow in ma cheeks light up.
